The love for artistic expression has been a key component in Harmon's decision to become a Digital Media Specialist because of her love for color theory, lighting, and composition. In her field of choice she has been able to express her creative side to help others communicate a story to convey emotion through captivating photos, videos, and graphic design. Her favorite categorization of work is documentary style due to the attention to detail. This particular attention is evident throughout all her work whether the work is; portraits, product work, or even real-estate photography!​
